More Exercise!

I’m going to be working the elliptical machine again this evening. My goal is 10 solid minutes without stopping. We’ll see how I hold up!

    Any hints on the elliptical? Hubby’s gym membership is up for renewal and we are doing the family membership! I’ll be able to go and use something other than a stationary bike. I’m so excited to be able to walk on a treadmill or use an elliptical (I’ve never used one before).

    I am such a geek!

  2. Ellipticals are a little different from treadmills. They are supposedly better for your joints because you’re suspended, there’s less pressure on your knees and hips. I have issues with my hips from my dance days and when I get stiffness in my hip sockets, the elliptical helps loosen it up. You’ll want to start slow on the elliptical. It’s a workout and doesn’t take long to start to feel it.
